Cheryl was born October 15, 1954, in Casa Grande, Arizona to Floyd and Elsie Opal (Shipman) Offolter. Cheryl found joy in the simple pleasures of life—watching her favorite television programs, playing phone games, and indulging in shopping. She was a devoted churchgoer, embracing her faith whenever circumstances allowed. Above all, Cheryl treasured moments spent with family, delighting in the company of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whose presence brought warmth and happiness to her days.
