     Dale Ray Lee died August 12, 2023, in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years 1 day.  Graveside Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, August 18, 2023, at the Chappel Hill Cemetery, east of Lexington, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

     Dale was born August 11, 1963, in Midwest City, Oklahoma to Decker Eugene and Elvada Yvonne (Burleson) Lee.  Growing up in Norman, he embraced the values instilled in him by his loving family. Dale's adventurous spirit led him to establish a brick laying company where he poured his heart and soul into his craft. His dedication and skill were evident in every project he undertook. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dale found joy in various hobbies that enriched his life. A devout supporter of OU football, he relished every opportunity to cheer on his favorite team. Delighting in the tranquility of fishing and working on and racing cars filled his leisure hours with contentment. Above all else, spending cherished moments with his family held an unassailable place in Dale's heart.

     Dale is preceded in death by his father, Decker Lee; his wife, Penny Lee; his brothers, Loyd Lee, Jesse Lee and Jake Lee.  Survivors include his mother, Elvada Lee; his son, Brian Lee; his brother James Lee and wife, Donna; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Lee, Nathan Lee, Makenzie Lee, Alicia Villanueva, Hailey Lee and Weston Lee; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
