Loretta C. Evans died February 6, 2017 in Norman at the age of 85 years 1 month 14 days. Gravesite services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Friday, February 10, 2017 at Hillside Cemetery, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Loretta was born December 22, 1931 in Maysville, Oklahoma to Edward and Nova Hays. She was raised in Purcell, attending Purcell Schools. Loretta married Gary Evans August 30, 1984. They were married for 25 years before Gary’s passing. Loretta enjoyed cooking, and reading. Most importantly, Loretta loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Loretta is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Nova Hays; husband, Gary Evans; son, Don Glanzman. Survivors include her daughters, Karen Mauldin and husband, Randy, Denise Glanzman and significant other, Tom Frank, Misty Hodge; son, Phil Carrasco; grandchildren, Kelly Bryan and husband, Scott, Justin Tikhonoff and wife, Heather, Kayla Mauldin and fiance’, Omar Cerda, Hannah Hodge; great grandchildren, Tyler Scott Bryan and Stella Rose Cerda; cousins, The Hardcastles and the Hays and many other relatives and friends.
