Cindi was born December 25, 1954, to Frank and Williere (Payne) Haggy in Muskogee Oklahoma.  She was raised and grew up in the Oklahoma City area, attending Capitol Hill High School, postponing her academic plans to start her family with LouAnn and Jeremy.  She then met and married the love of her life Steve Lee.  Cindi also accepted and loved Denise, Diana, and Donna as her own. Their family was completed with the birth of their last child, Stevie. They moved back and forth between Arkansas and Oklahoma City before settling in Bengal Oklahoma.  Cindi loved to garden, paint, hunt, and fish, where she was known to always catch the biggest fish.  She loved cooking and was well known for her homemade pies.  Cindi was very proud of the achievement of attaining her GED and then attending college at Carl Albert State College.  She was also very proud of her Cherokee heritage.  After their children were grown, Cindi and Steve enjoyed spending time with their grandchildren, arrowhead hunting, and playing Bingo. She will be greatly missed by the many nieces and nephews who she had welcomed into their home over the years.  Cindi was a loyal and trusted friend to many.  Our lives will be forever changed.
