She enjoyed being a saxophonist in her H.S. band, and she was a runner up in the 1973 Miss Black Teenage Oklahoma pageant. Lynne leaves behind to cherish her memory,  her parents,  Etta Shropshire, James Readis and wife,  Emma Readis; her three daughters, Kori Lynne Goudeau, Starla Montgomery, and Davonia Lyons; her two sons, Curtis Montgomery and Anre` Edwards; her grandchildren, Aaleyah, Anre` II, Ariana, Riley and Noah; her sisters,  Kori Cogburn (Teran Bradford), Yvette Franklin, Kavan Bowler (LaTroyce), Rozdi Collins (Raymond); her four nephews and nieces, one uncle, three aunts, one great aunt and her dear Hamlin family. She also leaves behind longtime family friends, Yvette Davis-Ward, Connie Cox-Hill and Donald Edwards, Jr.

Thank you, Mom. Thank you for being our lighthouse in this life. We will miss you immensely and will be awaiting the day we can hug you again. We send our gratitude to everyone for their kind words and support through this tough time. May God bless you.
