Rebecca Seaton

Rebecca Rae Seaton passed away August 23, 2021 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of 52 years 4 months 23 days.  A family memorial will be scheduled for a later date, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Rebecca was born March 31, 1969 to Joseph and Rachel (Tresler) Seaton, in Apache Junction, Arizona.  She moved to Oklahoma in 1974, attending Lexington Public Schools from kindergarten through 12.  Rebecca had a Associates degree from OCCC, as well as an Associates and Bachelors degrees in Liberal Arts from OU.  She previously worked at the Women’s Domestic Violence Center in Norman.  The last 13 years, Rebecca worked for the University of Oklahoma in Housing and Food, with her latest position as Operations Manager at Cross center.

Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Ava Renae Anderson; her parents, Joseph and Rachel Seaton of Wanette; her sister, Renae Ortiz and husband, Jose of  Owasso; her two nieces, Hannah and Gabrielle; her uncles and aunts, Dan and Gail Tresler of Arizona, Merle and Julie Tresler of Oklahoma, Don and Shawnacia Tresler of Purcell; twelve cousins and many other relatives and friends.
